Refund and Returns Policy

At W J Sutton Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase of our wholesale jewellery. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges).

If your item(s) has a manufacturing fault, you can return it within one year of delivery for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability).

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been worn or damaged due to improper use or care. For hygiene reasons, we also do not accept returns for earrings. We also cannot accept returns for products that have been modified or altered from the state it was purchased from us, which includes plating, soldering, shortening, lengthening or any form of repair that is not performed by ourselves.

To return your item(s), please get in contact with a member of staff and provide them with your order number and the item(s) that you wish to return. We will then inform you of how to proceed.

Products returned to us must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Delivery charges for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

We do not offer repairs or modifications (including but not limited to extending, refinishing or shortening) for any items not originally purchased from W J Sutton Ltd. We may only offer repairs or extensions to pieces purchased from W J Sutton Ltd. If we are sent items from another supplier, customers are responsible for their own return postage.
